This is a rundown of the new rankings system I have put into place.

Guild Master- This is an easy one.

Charter member- This is a special rank, reserved for those that were present at the very conception of the guild. They are the heart and soul and answer to no one but the Guild Master.

Grand Vizir- This rank holder is the Head officer. I expect this rank to lead over the rest of the guild at my side. They will care about the guild beyond their own personal interests. They will hold each member in high esteem, recognize issues within the structure, and address them as they see fit. They will consult with the Guild Master on an almost daily basis and at all times keep the interests of the guild as a whole over their own. These are not easy shoes to fill.

Guild Admin- This rank is the officer rank. They have full access to guild permissions. They are expected to behave in a professional manner in reguards to the guild. They will help make leadership decisions and settle disputes as they may arise. They will be consulted frequently by the Guild Master and asked for their input and opinions in all factions of the guild.

Senior member- This rank while not having admin duties has earned our respect. They have put in their time, done their research, and made us successful. these are the people I look to to fufill our needs in the field. These are the people that get the jobs done.

Full Member- This rank has put some time in, and has made a signifigant effort to be a valueable member of our organization.

New Member- Self explainatory.
