I located the home page for this healer addon that I know some of our healers use. The website is http://healbot.alturl.com/ . They have a version of the program available for download that works for the ptr and for the beta and, presumably, for the 3.0.2 patch as well. I know for sure that it works for the beta because I've tried it.

Personally, I've had nothing but trouble from healbot. Maybe I'll try this website and it'll either fix those problems or at the very least answer some of my questions.
